Fosroc Renderoc HBS is a high strength, high build concrete repair mortar which has been specifically engineered for vertical and overhead repair work.

It can be applied in sections up to 40mm thickness in vertical locations and up to 30mm thickness in overhead locations in a single application without the use of formwork.

Uses:
◇ For the compatible reinstatement of defects in high strength reinforced concrete structures.
◇ Renderoc HBS is particularly suited to the repair of vertical surfaces and, because of its relatively low fresh wet density, can also be used for overhead repairs.
◇ Renderoc HBS is suitable for repair methods 3.1, 4.4, 7.1, 7.2 as defined by BS EN 1504-3.

Products specifications

Shelf Life	The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture if kept in dry storage in the original, unopened bags. If stored at high temperatures and/or high humidity the shelf life may be reduced to less than 6 months.
Coverage	Approximately 14 litres / 25kg bag (approximately 1.4 m² at 10 mm thickness)

The material cures quickly to give consistent, high performance anchorages.

It is a pourable grade, with a 25 minute gel time at 20°c for use in vertical down holes where the hole is 8 to 40mm greater in diameter than the bar.
