Uses:
Visqueen Zedex CPT High Performance Damp Proof Course is suitable for installation in internal walls to prevent rising damp.
The DPC is also suitable for installation in external cavity walls with a masonry outer leaf, including walls with a light gauge steel frame, structural timber frame or masonry inner leaf.
The DPC is suitable for residential, commercial and multi storey buildings.
The DPC can be site formed into built-in or surface fixed cavity trays to manage the downward passage of water in cavity wall applications.
The DPC can also prevent harmful ground gases from entering into the cavity, and is suitable for use as a gas DPC for NHBC Amber 1 conditions or where radon gas exists.
The DPC can also be used on sleeper walls below a ground floor construction e.g. beam and block floor system.
